Customer satisfaction is invaluable for us. But if, despite our best efforts, you aren’t satisfied with your order, you can opt for a return without any hassles. Keep in mind that if you want a full refund of the items, you should commence the return process within 14 days of getting the package.
Additionally, the returned items must be unpoened, unused with no evidence of tampering. You have to return the items in their original packaging and send a receipt as proof of your purchase. If your returned items fail to pass any of these criteria, the process will be rendered null and void, and you won’t be refunded for your returns.
If the return is accepted after due checking, we will credit the amount back to your account or the mode of payment you had initially used.

Avail the services of a courier company or post office to send us the package. We strongly advise to use services with a tracking number. This will ensure that you can keep a check on whether the parcel has been delivered to us. Don’t forget to email us the tracking number.
Once we receive your returned products, we will inspect the package to fulfil our criteria. We will then notify you about the package being received via email. After our inspection is complete, we will let you know whether the return has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will begin the process of crediting the amount back to you.
If you don’t receive your refund on time, contact your credit card company or bank to find out if it’s in processing. If you are unable to identify the problem, don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we will assist you in the best way possible.
Please note that items purchased on sale cannot be returned.
You can request an exchange of the item if the one you received is defective or damaged with photographic proof as an evidence. Email us about the same and parcel your package to the given address in the same packaging that you received along with the proof of your purchase, and you will get the exchange soon enough.
While returning the product, make sure you have mentioned the correct address. You have to cover the postage costs of the returns on your own. We will not be refunding this amount. The cost of shipping is deducted from your refund amount.
